The three-day online seminar “Teaching 20th century Jewish history with digital medial tools” brought together around 40 educators from Belarus and Germany with experts from Belarus, Russia, Germany and Poland to learn about 20th century Belarusian-Jewish history and the Holocaust.
During the three days participants:
- attended historical lectures
- learned about Centropa‘s educational tools on 20th century European Jewish history, and worked in small groups to develop lesson plan ideas with their colleagues.
- learned about international remembrance and education projects in a Marketplace of Ideas session
